Greentree, adjacent to Saratoga Race Course, has been home to countless top Thoroughbreds since the barns were built in 1929.
In autumn 2009, new owner Darley had the two main barns razed, and new barns were constructed in their place. These photos are of the original barns, including handwriting up in the loft written as long ago as 1929.
